If you are looking for someone to plan a fantastic and personalized trip for you, please consider Day 88. My husband and I have traveled rather extensively and have worked with some high-end and expensive travel companies, but have never had an experience as positive as working with Jen. She is highly detailed, knowledgeable, thorough, creative, and a great person -- so fun to work with!
We asked Jen to help us plan a Route 66 road trip and were more than thrilled with the results. She offered to do as little (offering suggestions about sights to see, places to stay and eat) or as much (choosing lodging and making all reservations for us) as we would like. We chose to take the easy route for us and told her to please plan -- everything.
What an incredible plan she put together for us. She spoke to us in great detail about our likes and preferences and tailored the trip to us perfectly. We loved every place we stayed and so appreciated the variety. Jen created a guide, a bound notebook that included our day-to-day itinerary, with details of our hotel for the evening, driving directions, suggested sights and restaurants, and some history. Some great humor included! Had we attempted to plan the trip ourselves or just "wing it," our journey would have been much more difficult and much less fun.
